Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original boxes, ensuring all hardware, cables, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
